What does "no commitment time" mean? It means that we are not responsible if UPS doesn't deliver in the exact time showing. We have found that UPS is very reliable and most orders are delivered as shown.

Orders Shipped Outside the USA.
Orders are shipped through UPS. The amount on your credit card will be the currency exchange rate at the time we process the order. Customs Duties, Brokerage Fees and all Taxes are additional charges not included in this invoice and are the responsibility of the receiver due upon receipt of shipment.

Just about everything individuals import into Canada is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of seven percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied. You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 15 percent, rather than separate GST and PST.
